Sheryl Pardo, J.D. is a Vice President in the Public Affairs Division of The Glover Park Group in the Washington, D.C. office. Pardo brings nearly fifteen years of public policy, message development and issues advocacy expertise to The Glover Park Group.

Prior to joining The Glover Park Group, Pardo served in senior communications and government relations positions with the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), helping to position the real estate finance industry during one of its most volatile and challenging decades . Most recently, she was a senior advisor to MBA’s President and CEO on policy, internal governance, strategic planning and communications issues.

Pardo served during the Clinton Administration as the Special Advisor to the Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in the office of Policy Development and Research. While at HUD, Pardo was the lead in preparing speeches, testimony and editorials for Housing Secretary Andrew Cuomo and served as an advisor to the Federal Housing Commissioner on a variety of legislative, policy and regulatory issues. Her legal training and five years spent practicing law in San Francisco also allows her to bring a strong legal perspective to her clients at the Glover Park Group.

Pardo is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University and received her J.D. from Cornell Law School.
