Victoria Esser is a Senior Vice President with the Glover Park Group. As part of the Policy, Research and Integrated Strategies division of GPG, Ms. Esser provides strategic counsel to clients pursuing significant policy, legislative or reputational goals. In addition, Ms. Esser focuses on a range of foreign policy and economic development issues for corporations, non-profits and foreign governments.
Esser joined the Glover Park Group from Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, a strategic communications consultancy. There, Esser was a leading member of the AOL team, developing corporate, consumer and internal communications strategies and messaging for both AOL International and AOL, Inc.
Esser also brings public policy experience, having served as a Global Public Policy Advisor to the ExxonMobil Corporation covering issues ranging from taxation, to the environment and trade-related matters.
Esser began her career with the Centre International des Enterprises à Succursale, an international food industry association located in Paris, France.
Ms. Esser was selected for the Atlantic Bridges 2005 Young Leaders Program. She is a member of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy’s Development Committee and serves as the co-president of the Fletcher School’s alumni association of Washington, DC, the School’s largest alumni base worldwide.
Esser graduated cum laude from Colby College with a B.A. in French and Government. She also received a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
