Susan Armstrong is the Creative Director at The Glover Park Group, with over 20 years of experience in image and advocacy advertising.
At The Glover Park Group, Armstrong has led the creative direction on campaigns for a range of advertising clients including Pfizer, Visa, The United Federation of Teachers, Strong American Schools, American Postal Workers Union, Alliance for American Manufacturing and Verizon.
Prior to joining GPG, Armstrong was the Creative Director and a Partner at Sawyer Miller Advertising for 14 years. She led creative teams in developing diverse corporate reputation and image campaigns as well as many philanthropic programs. At Sawyer Miller, she supervised advertising campaigns for clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Microsoft, the Pharmaceutical and Research Manufacturers of America, the Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education, Serono Biotech, the Social Security Administration, the National Cable Television Association, Agusta Westland Helicopters, Fodor’s, Liberty Mutual Insurance, the United States Association for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, L’ancôme, the American Cancer Society, The Ford Foundation and the Council for Biotechnology Information.
Prior to joining Sawyer Miller, Armstrong was at McCaffrey McCall Advertising. She was the Creative Director on a wide range of accounts, including Tiffany, Exxon, The Hartford Financial Services Group, Air Canada, ABC Network and Pfizer.
Armstrong graduated from The University of Kansas and lives in New York City.
