Strategic thinking is at the root of everything we do. It is the starting point for the art and science of communications strategy.
In developing a strategy, we focus on three questions:
What is the objective?
Every client needs something a little different. Are you in search of increased market share, improved external or internal communications or a specific repositioning? By identifying what your objectives are, we begin at the end. Figuring out where to go is the first step towards getting there.
Who is the audience?
Once we know your target audience and what makes them tick, we can help you speak to them in their own language. We call it the language of the listener and if you're not speaking it at the right times and in the right places, they're not hearing you.
What is the message?
Complex issues communicated simply and memorably-- that's our goal. The key is to understand the shifting nature of political and cultural contexts, so we examine everything from your organization's culture to pop culture.
Asking and answering these questions creates a framework for analyzing your problem and developing a solution to get you moving in the right direction.
